About

General Information

    The 2021 The 5th International Conference on Agricultural and Food Science (5th ICAFS2021), organized by Asia-Pacific Association of Science, Engineering and Technology, in cooperation with multiple academic affiliations, will be held in video online as a webinar during Oct. 28-30, 2021.
Aims and Scope
    The aim of the conference is to provide worldwide specialists, scholars, and researchers that are engaged in related filed a chance to exchange the latest research results and advances, study the latest technology and establish international friendship.
    The development of modern agriculture and food science has become inextricably linked to the available science and technology. Therefore, ICAFS has been designed to provide an innovative and comprehensive overview of agricultural and food science; a focus will be given on:
 - 1. Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (in agricultural aspects especially physiological and biochemical regulation of plants and crops, biomolecules with specialized functions, biosynthesis and characterization and characterization of relevant biomaterials);
 - 2. Food Chemistry and Engineering (Research on the physical and chemical characteristics, chemical detection, biological characteristics of foods, fermentation processes and chemical treatment processes, etc);
 - 3. Environmental Science and Engineering (Environmental interdisciplines relevant to agriculture, including applications of physics, chemistry, biology, geography and resources);
 - 4. Sensing and Signal Processing, Modeling and Computation (Application of signal processing and agricultural informatics; mathematical modeling and precision agriculture);
 - 5. Related Science, Technology and Applications.
Who will attend
    The conference is designed to promote interactive discussions at both the talks and poster sessions, and will feature a mix of invited speakers drawn from a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences. Experts and practitioners will present the latest innovations and advances, share their experience and insights, forecast the trends and opportunities. This conference sincerely invites academics, independent scholars and researchers from all over the world to meet and exchange the latest ideas and views.
Publication
    Accepted abstracts will be published in conference abstract book. Based on author's intention and revisions, after peer-review by committee, selected full papers related to Agriculture and Environment ScienceFood Chemistry and EngineeringBiochemistry and Molecular BiologyModelling & Signal Processing and Computation;  and Related Science & Technology and Applications will be published in conference proceedings with ISSN/ISBN, or in one of other related collaborated journals.
